▪ Conducting economic and technical policy consulting (including research and data analysis, developing modeling methods) for national plans, policies, and public instruments, to promote energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate change mitigation in different sectors: ▫ 2050 Israel National Low Carbon Strategy, including formulating its 2030 and 2050 targets by modeling low-carbon scenarios and GHG emissions reduction policies. ▫ Unification of the national 2050 model with the national Monitoring, Reporting, Verification (MRV) model to monitor and forecast, among others, both achieved (ex-post) and expected (ex-ante) emission reductions for key policy measures, as well as National progress towards achieving mitigation goals.▪ Data collection, data analysis, modeling and calculations, presentations, etc., under the following consultancy services of EcoTraders: ▫ Monitoring, Reporting and Verification of GHG emissions and emission reductions; ▫ Carbon Footprint (in accordance with the GHG Protocol) and GHG emissions calculation tools, including emissions related to energy consumption and the impact of energy efficiency measures. ▫ Climate change, energy efficiency, energy and environmental policy formulation; ▪ Authoring of National periodical reports to the UNFCCC – Israel Second Biennial Update Report (BUR) – and to the Israeli Government – MRV annual reports.▪ REN 21 Renewables Global Status Report (GSR) chapter author (2020 - 2023)

Within the team of IDEAM (Environmental Colombian Institute), I was responsible of the economic and social analysis of REDD + in Colombia to help for the identification and prioritization of REDD+ policies, measures, and projects.• Development of a costs and benefits analysis of REDD + in Colombia, in accordance with public policy.• Elaboration and implementation of workshops with rural and ethnical Colombian communities.• Identification and prioritization of REDD+ measures and projects for the national REDD+ strategy.• Elaboration of a cost-analysis tool (Excel) to evaluate the cost-effectivity of measures, projects and/or portfolios in order to help decision-making.
