I am Fanny, a European with multiple origins: I grew up in the Netherlands, with Belgian-French origin, and have lived in 4 countries in the last 15 years.With a true interest in societal issues, and the European project, after my studies in Political Science and EU Law, I started to work in Brussels at a think tank and then moved into consultancy, advising clients on health, nutrition and sustainability topics. I like to create new ideas and concepts. Back in school, I was part of the first Dutch 'European Youth Parliament' delegation. In university, I set up a new student philanthropic association. During my professional life, I founded an innovative start-up (DeliKits) in the healthy infant nutrition industry in Switzerland.My interest in societal issues, and passion for creation and innovation, led me to Edwards Lifesciences, a global leader in structural heart innovation. I currently lead our EU Government Affairs and have established new approaches towards Coalition-Building, Public-Private Partnerships and Public Funding. I am really proud of the patient-driven mission and ambition to tackle the burden of CVD and improve access for patients across the region.
