1. Responsible for implementation of Oxfam's Behind the Brands work in Malawi promoting of responsible and inclusive Large Scale Land Based Investments. The project targets large scale investors especially in various agricultural value chains, government institutions, local leaders and local communities to engage them on principles inclusive and responsible land acquisition and utilization practices and overall business operations. 2. Coordinate a project aimed at promoting access to clean energy in Malawi.

Responsible for planning, coordination and monitoring the implementation of groundnut and soybean value chains development under Feed the Future Ag Diversification Activity, a five-year project that contributes to USAID/ Malawi’s Feed the Future goal of sustainably reducing poverty and stunting in eight districts of central and southern Malawi. - Identification of production challenges for addressing by AgDiv. Other duties include:-- Identification of farmer organizations for piloting of production, postharvest and resilience technologies, and linking them to private sector players - Providing support to Outcome 1 in organization of partner trainings of agricultural technologies being promoted by AgDiv – i.e. Drip irrigation, inoculant, Pics bags, innovation Labs in the Zones of Influence

Assessing and evaluating awareness of people and institutions on the Malawi National Agriculture Policy, the Disaster Risk and Management Policy and the Malawi national climate change policy. My duties and responsibilities were coordinating all field work with District Agricultural Offices, District Councils and identifying critical advocacy issues relates to the policies
