Front desk operations, greeting members each day and checking them in to class while resolving any membership concerns they might have. Very sales and customer service oriented position as we are responsible for introducing potential clients to the program and ensuring they have a great experience. Also responsible for reaching out to potential clients daily and conducting everyday responsibilities and functions of the studio that carry great responsibility as it is a small employee base.

For the honorable Judge Michelle Delancy. Performs various duties for the assigned department. Frequent contacts are made with judges, Clerk of the Courts, Administrative Office of the Courts, State Attorney, Public Defender, private attorneys, law clerks, state and local law enforcement, witnesses, bailiffs, criminal justices, social service professionals and the general public. Work is often of a sensitive and confidential nature. The Volunteer/Intern must observe high standards of conduct. Work requires independent judgment and is performed under the general supervision of a Judge.

Received instrumental one-on-one experience with clients and was a component in their naturalization journey by filling out their N-400 form both in English and Spanish while helping with any concerns they had. I also directly assisted legal team with various tasks such as appointment scheduling, client follow ups, form completions, etc.
