Human Rights is the fore front in both my professional and Personal life. I have skills in working with every groups in society. My current roles involve doing legal casework, Financial advice and getting involved as a trustee in the leading asylum and refugee organisation in Barnet. I have great written skills, communication skills, skills in debt and benefits advice skills as well as in governance and advocacy. I am a member of the Institute of Money Advisers, the National institute of welfare advisers as well as having certification from Community Money Advice. I also do workshops for asylum seeker and refugees. Have also helped with success of over 100 grant application within the borough of Barnet in 2022 and this is carrying on in 2023. Have succesfully done a Debt Relief Order and I have experience working through any insolvency options. In 2022 I did about 150 successful applications. Have also done partnership with AGEUK Barnet in my role in Beliftednow. I am also a legal adviser at the Somali and Bravanese Welfare Association and was a caseworker early intervention lead at Colindale Community trust. I have 100% success rates in court claims have issued and appeals have signed off. Also a consultant who specialises in these various areas have been able to help organisations support various individuals in London as well as out of London with high rated outcome and professionalism. During Covid I decided to branch out to becoming a debt and Money adviser which have passionately excelled in at Specialist level. I look forward to create an impact in reducing poverty by working with various organisations to continue to achieve this aim.
