Whilst working for Mizuho Corporate Bank, I have moved into a new role, creating and administering user accounts across 70 various applications, to name just a few of the platforms XP, Win2k, Unix, Sybase, Citrix and AS400. This busy working enviroment has given me the opportunity to develope my skills working with Lotus notes and many new web based applications, I would add, modify, delete or set up all employees with applications according to their role in the department. The trade floor, finance division, Legal and back office use many critical monetary applications. Alongside this role I also get involved with desktop issues and hardware break fix. The setup of users on remote access (RSA & AAA Tokens).

I Started working for BT, 2nd/3rd line support in this LAN/WAN infrastructure of large multi site/protocol environment. Before the merger of their IT dept. to ComputaCenter in there busy Netware 6, groupwise & NT4.0 enviroment supporting thousands of users across an extremely large network on XP/W2k/Win98/MSOffice/Exchange5.5/Outlook/TCP/IP/Desktop Builds/Clarify/VNC remote technology, working on own initative. Taking Ownership of more technical Faults, Problem Investigation and determining appropriate solution in the most effective and efficient manner while still working under pressure and maintaining a high level of Professionalism. Providing Technical support to colleagues and remote Computacenter or British Telecom Engineers. Enterprise desktop manager (EDM) and RADIA support and Training. Regular Backup and restore of Tapes in Prospect West. Various 2nd and 3rd Line duties. Active member of the Technical Support Forum team.
