I had my first contact with a donation system in this work. My job was to introduce a digital fundraising platform to social managers. The big challenge was to engage managers and help them use the system. Many organizations have accepted the proposal, such as Make a Wish, Tearfund, Expresso Ação, and CADI. At that time there was only one company specialized in transacting donations in Brazil.

For 2 years I was focused on involving donors and fundraising. My biggest challenge was to develop a new donation system and deploy Salesforce so that both could work with integrated. The overcome of my work proved to be excellent. In an innovative crowdfunding campaign a ROI of 4000% was achieved. Since I began working with project management, I have sought to support managers to maximize the social impact of their enterprises. In 2010 I discovered that thousands of teenagers were in vulnerability in the city where I lived and also I realized there was not actions of care and protection them. Therefore I idealized and led the opening of the NGO branch in Guaratinguetá. In the first year the City Council for Children and Adolescents considered our work to be one of the most relevant of the city. Due to my knowledge of management and Excel I was able to conquer this work. In this work I took part in the deploying of Totvs ERP. Before that the plant's production management was done through spreadsheets. My main activities: planning, scheduling and production control. Also I did order analysis, deadline monitoring, inventory control, issuance of POs, verification of specifications, monitoring of deliveries, interfacing with employees, specialists and clients.
