CurrentGEA is one of the largest technology suppliers for food processing and a wide range of other industries. As a Sales Support & Contract Manager, here is an overview of my job description:• Drafting, reviewing, recommending, and preparing briefing information as required on complex contract and commercial issues, disputes or proposals. • Negotiating and executing various contracts covering a range of transactions. • Work with Legal Operation in terms of contractual changes that impact Company's rights under the contract.• Contribute to developing commercial risk management strategies and tactics, including problem solving contract-related issues.• Manage contracts under company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and company business requirements.• Ensuring documentation of contracts and maintaining digital and hard copies are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.• Collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams (including insurance broker) to support throughout the contract lifecycle, including pre-award, contract delivery, and contract closeout.• Provide Sales Support & Contract Report to Country Managing Director (Direct Supervisor), regarding Contract Lifecycle Report (including risks and issues in the contract) and Project Costing Report on a timely and regular basis.• Conduct a monthly workshop for Sales and Procurement Teams on contract issues in order to improve performance, quality, and establish best practices.• Supporting New Machine Sales and Service Sales Heads in monitoring and steering project costing, gross margin, sales budget and target.• Monitoring the Company’s compliance with the Company Law and other statutory provisions, the Articles of Association, and related statutory regulations, in close coordination with the Legal Operation.• Liaising with external lawyers, notary, and shareholders on board governance issues
