- Created a fully automatic system to benchmark the performance of load balancer with different EC2 instance types.- Adapted a new internal testing framework, and contributed to the framework’s ecosystem by supporting additional private ELB APIs.- Utilized multiple AWS services, generate ramping-up traffic with ECS clusters, monitor and visualize the performance metrics on CloudWatch, created testing resource stacks using CloudFormation, and store the metric values in the DynamoDB table.- Made the benchmarking system more time efficient than the old one by rescuing the testing resource, more automatic by automatically aggregating the metrics, and more flexible by supporting more ELB instance types and more verbose configuration of the traffic profile and testing resource.
