e-Commerce Manager in charge of Marketing, Product, CRM and Operations able to create growth in an online business by leveraging metrics analysis, creativity and opportunities offered by the newest digital technologies. In the last few years I have grown-up a digital startup from scratch (i.e. brand purchase, team setup, product launch, digital marketing & business operations management) into a regular business, self-financing growth with EBITDA. CAGR has been around 25%. This has been possible thanks to the focus on new technology opportunities (i.e. mobile), an original market positioning and an execution/cost excellence, as I managed directly both strategy and daily operations. In the meanwhile I also became a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO), according to GDPR.Before this challenge I have launched new products in B2C .com pure-players (online Casino and Bingo in bwin) and in brick&mortar companies (online poker in Sisal), managing both Project Management, Product Marketing , Digital Marketing (Web, Mobile, Social Media, Direct), off-line marketing (through internal/external Media Centers) and CRM (promos, loyalty programs, VIP management). During the months following the initial launch, I have been able to increase market share and generate additional gross margin thanks to a daily management focused on KPI analysis and improvement of User Experience.The key experience in my life has been eBay, where I have been Country Product Manager in Italy for around 3 years. This has been my professional booster in term of both digital knowledge, management methods and soft skills in a really multinational & multicultural work environment, as I was part of some core teams that lead international projects such as the repositioning of eBay from a C2C/auction to a B2C/Fixed price marketplace and I was local project manager for both global and country specific projects.Before this, I spent around 5 years in telecom market mostly as Product Manager in a B2B company where I covered all off-line marketing activities (fairs, events, leaflets, advertising on technical magazines, sales force training).
