It designs, manufactures and distributes engines, filtration and power generation products.I joined Cummins as an intern for 3 months and during my internship i had the opportunity to;Create 2 comprehensive and user-friendly databases of Component Selection tools and launch standardised templates of schematics used for AutoCAD drawings for future projects. Kulicke & Soffa is a provider of semiconductor packaging and electronics assembly. I joined the company as summer part-timer where i worked on the manufacturing floor. During my time, I learned and executed parts required for bonding machines being manufactured and tested on the factory floor. Following were my responsibilities and achievements;•Verified at least 100 assembled wire and wafer bonding machine parts such as Piezo sensors and Tensioners with simultaneous quantification of test results on a daily basis to increase production by approximately 20%.•Validated functionality and coordinated the process of assembling a Piezo sensor weekly to smoothen flow of production and reduce time taken by 30%.
