Living as a self-claimed introverts sometimes become an obstacle, especially when we have the passion to connect with peoples. Graduating as bachelor of psychology gives me more opportunity to pursue the passion. Since I focused myself in Psychology of Industrial and Organization, I learn much of Human Resource Management, such as Talent Management, Performance Management, and Human Resources Information System. During the college I have actively participated in various activities inside campus and being known as easy to adaptation in new environment, easy-going, and able to communicate effectively. Through the course I have took in my psychology bachelor degree, I learned about using psychological instrument, recruitment, to the process of talent management. These experiences have sharpened my ability to work in team and/or individual, goal and detail oriented, also to contribute effectively.
