Such leasing representation includes all aspects of office, industrial, retail, multi-family and mixed use leases from both the landlord and tenant perspective. - Experience with representing institutional lenders in a variety of financing transactions, including both senior and mezzanine financing.- Involved in many facets of real estate litigation, including commercial leasing disputes, commercial evictions and land use litigation in both the Superior and District Courts of Rhode Island.
