- Studying and analyzing the financial reports, transactions and bank transfers of suspected clients in the system of the National Commercial Bank.- Apply the principle of continuous due diligence to all customers and due diligence to high risk customers.- Investigate Cases and suspicious customer cash transactions and take anti-money laundering measures designed to implement the Know Your Customer program and its systems to ensure appropriate due diligence and, if necessary, Including obtaining and maintaining the required documentation, to beopened and updated as appropriate during the customer relationship cycle at the Bank.- Ensure proper investigation of suspicious transactions or money laundering alerts.- Immediately notify the competent authorities of any activity of clients suspected of being linked to money-laundering or financing of terrorism, provided that the suspicion is reasonably founded.

- Identify, assess and monitor the risks of non-compliance to which the Companyis exposed and report to the Board of Directors , etc .. - Monitor the implementation of the company's compliance requirements and submit relatedreports and comply with the laws, regulations and instructions issued by the management of SAMA.- Documentation of work procedures and reports issued and corrective actions that have been completed.
