I facilitated meetings with project staff to reflect on findings and agree on action plans.I liaised with the field team for field visits. I Followed up on shelter rehabilitation and construction of water reservoirs.I referred refugee cases from the field to UNHCR for immediate support. After every field visit, I submitted a necessary field report, documenting my observations and the relevant recommendations. I would also report achievements, challenges and difficulties faced on the field while providing solutions whenever possible. I represented the organization through attending meetings and workshops. I worked directly with the IT department to add updates to the M&E software for better follow up and a broader level of quantitative results. I received a training from UNHCR on Refugee Assistance Information System (RAIS) and I was the most active on it.I played the linking point between the organization and UNHCR regarding any glitch in RAIS.
