Craft and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with local media, journalists, and bloggers. Arrange and coordinate interviews, press conferences, and media events.- Social Media Management: Manage and update the student activities' social media platforms.Create engaging content and monitor social media trends and feedback.-Event Promotion: Plan and execute promotional campaigns for student activities and events. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising strategies and materials.

- Client Engagement: Greet and assist potential buyers and tenants, providing detailed information about the properties, community features, and amenities.- Property Tours: Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and benefits, and answering any questions clients may have.- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by generating leads, following up with prospects, and facilitating the sales or leasing process.- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
