Key Responsibilities :-Monitoring land, air and sea shipment until reach customer.-Establish necessary SOPs and guidelines for appointed warehouse for operational efficiency.-Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and selecting of forwarders.-Analyse and contribute ideas for cost reduction.-Support on quotation by checking freight rates, warehouse charges, transportation charges, and other charges.-Carry out monthly warehouse audit and stock take.-Close monitoring urgent shipment movement with forwarders and update sales member accordingly.-Support new part development stage SAP, warehouse cost, transportation cost. -Coordinating with forwarding agency on shipment issues.-Coordinate among the sales person and administration for effective sales operation. -Monitor and follow up with warehouse supervisor to ensure accurate stock levels and reporting any discrepancies or issues.-Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time for improving work output.

• Setup and register profile for new customers.• Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications, quantity, incoterms, and price.• Prepare purchase requisitions.• Delivery items by arranging and monitoring air and sea shipment.• Data management and document record keeping.• Send out an invoice hardcopy to customers.• Ensure payment receive within term of payment and follow up on unpaid invoice.• Liaison with other department particularly accounting and marketing.• Accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing related results as needed. • Follow compliance, quality and other legal requirement.
