Dallington is a mentoring practice supporting young adults, aged 16-28, during their transition into adulthood. We believe it is important to think, feel and do. As such, our sessions are divided into practical (life skills) and personal (emotional support) sessions. By doing so, we are engaging both the right-brain (emotional and intuitive) and left-brain (logical and analytical) development. We offer an innovative mentoring curriculum, in-house psychotherapy, family mediation, recovery support and education consultancy. All clinical work is carried out under the supervision of a HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist.

Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services Hammersmith & Fulham - Delivering face-to-face one to one and family therapy using systemic and integrative approaches. All clinical work is carried out under the supervision of an HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist.

Primary Care Service at Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies (Relational Stream): We offer face to face individual and group therapy for those with mild to moderate mental health presentations and relational difficulties. The main model used is brief psychodynamic psychotherapy. All clinical work is carried out under the supervision of a HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist.

Headstrong Online Counselling Service: We offer individuals with mild to moderate health difficulties long term therapy. I deliver therapy within person-centred, CBT and psychodynamic models. All clinical work is carried out under the supervision of a HCPC registered counselling psychologist.
