As the Director of the Office of Accessibility and Inclusion (OAI) and an Assistant Professor at LUMS Syed Ahsan Ali and Syed Maratib Ali School of Education (SOE), I lead a team of dedicated professionals who support inclusive and accessible spaces for all members of the campus community. I also teach and conduct research on analytics applied to educational contexts, focusing on improving assessment and learning outcomes for diverse learners.I have over ten years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistical data analysis, and an interdisciplinary research collaboration with the College of Education at the University of Washington, where I earned my Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. I am also a Fulbright Scholar, a Washington STEM Engineering Fellow, and a Husky 100 awardee, recognized for my academic excellence and commitment to positively impacting my communities. I am also working on a global report on higher education with the Education Global Practice at the World Bank, leveraging my expertise in data analytics and NLP to inform policy and practice. My mission is to use evidence and technology to drive accessibility and innovation in education and to equitably empower learners and educators with the tools and skills they need to succeed in the 21st century.
