Main Missions : • Contribution to volume growth, SoM and profit by implementing qualitative Consumer engagement (CE) activities ;• Evaluation, selection of best HORECA in the region, and estimation of adequate budget for partnerships;• Negociation of partnership contracts with HORECA, Festivals and special events ;• Management of ressources allocation in different CE activities to optimize the Budget-Target curve;• Management of CE teams (60 hotesses/supervisors);

• Maximise sales opportunities by promoting PMI Brands to ensure meeting volume targets and distribution KPIs in my assigned territory.• Monitor and controll Business Unit compliance in all areas, including customer care, effective planning, staff training ;• Implement special projects and actions to support the continued growth of PM SoM. • Lead the deployment of strategic projects on the field ;• Handle and swiftly resolve customer complains in a professional and effective manner ;• Ensure that PMI Principles and codes are fully respected on the field.

• Development of North Africa partners portfolio;• Commercial negotiations of projects and tenders for large accounts;• Present company to potential clients. Run sales cycle from researching prospects to cold calling, in-person meeting, pitching, consulting, negotiating and closing deals ;• Coaching and supervision of sales team;• Development of marketing action plans for targeted markets;• Realization of a B2B e-commerce project.
