- Responsible for the full Human Resource functions including payroll, recruitment,compensation, and other HR matters.- Handling the full cycle of payroll processing, monthly statutory payment contribution(Including Epf, Socso, Eis, Pcb, Hrdf and etc).- To establish, maintain, update & improve the current HR database including new joiner and resigner- HR2000 System Software.- Handling the recruitment process includes monitoring the Manpower Requisitions, Job postings,selection, interview arrangement, job offer, and acceptance, orientation including onboarding andoffboarding staff, updating employees’ records, confirmation and etc.- Maintain historical human resources records by designing a filing and retrieval by keeping pastand current records.
