Building on the success and lessons learned from the previous MicroMentor Indonesia program which supported Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) through Mastercard Academy 2.0, Strive Indonesia aims to empower MSEs in Indonesia to bolster their financial resilience and sustainable business growth, especially after being severely impacted by the multidimensional COVID-19 crisis. Under this program, I am for responsible for the development of various digital training tools and contents on cybersecurity and business development for MSMEs based on needs of micro and small entrepreneurs and work closely with donors, government entities, universities, and civil society partners. I am also responsible to implement and improve the cybersecurity and digital training contents along with the partners to create and monitor the engagement of users in achieving the program targets to reach 300,000 participants where 40% are women in the program. I also support the revamping process of MicroMentor platform together with Strive Indonesia team and provide cybersecurity and digital training contents for MSEs.

Responsible for the development of various digital training tools and contents (e-learning platform, training module, social media) on cyber security and business development for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on the needs of micro and small entrepreneurs (mentees), mid-career professional (mentors), and work closely with partners and donors related to the MicroMentor program and Mercy Corps.
