• Involving in review of basic design & detail design for Integrated Ammonia/Methanol Plant • vendor document review for Ammonia plant compressor package ( SYN Gas/NH3/Air compressor made by Siemens)• Preparation/Review/Comment on rotating machine specifications, data sheets, Material Requisitions and TBA (Pump, Compressor, Gear unit, Steam Turbine)• Witness and monitor Mechanical running test/Performance test of Lordegan Fertilizer Plant’s Compressors and Steam turbines at SIEMENS shop in Duisburg/Germany on behalf of the owner• Participation in clarification/Technical review/Kick off meeting with rotary equipment Vendors.

Central Workshop of Jam Petrochemical company is a maintenance shop which serves whole the complex including Cracking plant, HDPE, LLDPE, PP and BD Plant. The workshop itself has six major shops:Pump shop, Valve shop, Machining shop, Pneumatic shop, electrical machine’s shop, welding shop.As a leader of workshop, I supervised a group of 6 engineers which were responsible for each shop.During this period, my duties were involved the following:• Equipping the shops with required machines and equipment.• Preparing total shutdown/ Overhaul plans and estimating the required resources (manpower, spares& tools).and participation in overhaul meetings.• Generating analytical/technical reports for plant management team about raised maintenance problems and proposing resolutions.• Specifying the work priority in various shops.• Participation in the plant‘s weekly meeting for review of the new problems/challenges.• Assessment of critical equipment and review of their spare parts and commenting on spare part inventory.• Member of plant critical equipment maintenance team (responsible for maintenance of Plant’s critical equipment like SIEMENS’ Crack gas compressor, Nouvo Pignone’s boil off compressors, Flowserve’s BFW Pumps, Atlas Copco’s Recycle gas compressor, Cryostar’s turbo expander,…)• Assisting the CM dept. on analysis work.• Supervising the contractors working in pump shop, machining shop and valve shop.• Making indent for equipment spare parts and stock raw material .• Technical adviser for spare part Localization dept. and member of localization dept.• Assessment of local manufacturer ability to produce the required parts and technical services.• Training the juniors and subordinates.• Leading failure analysis team of engineers from Inspection, Maintenance and Engineering services dept to carry out analysis of failed parts specially rotating equipments

• Fix and rotary Equipment installation supervisor (after 6 month training in other plants): Responsibilities involved supervision of equipment installation, rotating equipment alignment, preparing preservation procedures for machinery, • Communicating with design department about non conformities and preparing TQ with proposed solution• Writing reports about construction activities and related problems.• Assisting Machinery vendor specialists in installation of equipment, removing dummy bearings, installing of Gas seals and bearings and other loose parts• Preparing the Mechanical Completion check lists for fix and rotating equipment, supervising the plant construction activity• Machinery alignment (LAZER alignment of Recycle gas compressors), preparing procedures for oil flushing, chemical cleaning and required commissioning activities• Assisting vendor’s commissioning engineers to prepare the machine for start up.• Performing Plant machinery maintenance/preventive maintenance activities, machine lubrication scheduling• Condition monitoring of the plant critical machines like Recycle gas compressor, reciprocating compressors, Pelletizer machine • Investigation and solutions to machinery problems, pump and compressor ancillaries• Assessment of equipment and spare parts review, technical adviser for spare part Localization dept., development of different drive-train components (gearbox parts, shifter, drive shafts)• Analysis and diagnosis of rotating equipment problems and performing failure analysis of failed parts• Preparing step-by-step procedures for critical equipment disassembly/assembly (this equipments include: ATLAS COPCO Recycle gas compressor, Burckhardt recip.
