- Responsible for the overall management of the brands, direction, control to ensure consistent attainment of marketing & sales, including P&L and budget- Key person in connecting Company with Principal on a daily basis- Develop marketing strategies and plans, products potential and marketing analysis and create sales road-map for existing and new product launches to motivate sales team to generate sales and income.- Set up sales target and plan on promotion activities including evaluation, competitor’s analysis and review sales plan periodically in order to catch up with the situation and market demand.- Plan and execute marketing and sales plan including marketing strategies and plan on annual budget with an objective to achieve sales, maintain and increase customers, generate income and profitability as per company and principal guideline.- Liaise with and supervise sales & marketing team and retailers on relevant initiatives.- Generate marketing communication plan and liaise with agency to gain and increase brand exposure, awareness, and equity in condition of cost control within budget and measurable result.- Report to Business Unit Manager, lead a team of 1 Brand Executive and 1 Brand Intern
