South Sudan

Led consultative process in South Sudan with group of women activists, including in-depth review of work to date, interviews with external stakeholders and policymakers, analysis of impact, visioning and goal setting, and contextual analysis. Led group through participatory process to devise a 3-year strategic plan for women's inclusion in implementing peace accord in South Sudan.

Designed and authored 150 page curriculum module on conflict transformation for women activists with emphasis on reflective practice, inclusive processes, conflict theory and analysis, and trauma awareness. The curriculum is open-source and aims to provide advocates, activists, and facilitators a menu of options for fostering understanding of key challenges in conflict as well as building cohesion via dialogue, inquiry and reflection in order to devise more effective plans of action for systems change.
