-Lead the Research Team and represented the team in department meetings -Support in the setting of KPIs and initiatives for the Research Team-Acted as the communication point between Research Team and other departments-Tracked KPIs and planned quarterly initiatives and content-Project manage all upcoming content-Represented MAGNiTT in interviews for reputable media outlets-Create analytical content for Premium, Sponsored and Free Reports-Write executive summaries and key analysis for client-paid pieces published quarterly drawing key insights from data on the VC ecosystem covering different regions, geographies and industries-Lead the preparation of articles, and presentations for MAGNiTT’s CEO-Create video content for social media platforms derived from reports-Present at webinars various topics related to the VC ecosystem, engage with clients through presentations and Q&As -Lead Analyst Hours, which are presentations held for clients to support on Research Topics -Translate reports to arabic-Lead the recruitment and training of research team members, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clear and well-defined

-Prepare all required support for conducting markets research (sector and fixed income) -Contribute to the analysis and write-up of the various markets reports -Respond to all related internal and external inquiries-Manage the database of economic reports for Lebanon and the region -Responsible for the database of the BDL 110 circular-Write sections in various reports on sectors of activity while fully handling data support -Write sections in various reports on sovereign and corporate fixed income issuers while fully handling data support for such research-Handle the research, selection, and writing of corporate, economy and survey related sections in economic newsletters-Provide reports and/or data on various sectors and fixed income issuers upon request of top management and key departments, or various business contacts
