Currently studying Masters of Engineering Management at Purdue University. I have over seven years of experience in leading and supporting agile teams and organizations across various banking verticals, such as capital markets, wealth management, retail banking, and lending. I have founded my own business to help startups build their metrics foundation for making strategic decisions. I hold certifications in Scrum, SAFe, and Agile Product Management, and I have expertise in applying different frameworks, such as SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and waterfall, to deliver quality technical solutions iteratively and incrementally.The best part of what I do everyday is building cross functional teams, inspiring their innovation, and enabling their personal and professional growth.
