Managed a team of 5 talent acquisition professionals ranging in experience while driving best practices and creating sourcing strategies to ensure a proactive pipeline of candidates across various assignments. Was accountable for monitoring the performance of my team members while providing them regular support, feedback and guidance.As a key member of the delivery group, I was responsible for partnering with clients across Pharmaceutical domain while structuring & mentoring high performance teams for executing leadership assignments.Was also accountable for end to end Learning & Development function across all levels. Led a project to conduct skill gap analysis and design a relevant career progression plan.

Role:-Audited the appraisal forms-Scrutinized the promotion cases-Identified the outstanding and below average performers-Studied the bell curves for various SBUs at RPGLS-Compiled data regarding compensation pattern at RPGLS-Compared the compensation pattern at RPGLS with that of the industry Also got the opportunity to work on the Implementation of HRIS (Pre Implementation Phase)
