Experience:• Initiate, coordinates and drive quality improvement. Resolve all quality issues related to process, machine and human related.• Monitor process yields throughout the line (Yield analysis). Recognize and help solve yield decreasing problem and implement and drive internal corrective actions (Process support) with customer.• Drive customer corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, preventive action, and containment action. In addition, communicate with customers to ensure verification of corrective actions.• Successful qualify and release the new Backside Infrared machine (BSIR).• Handle and troubleshoot Backside Infrared machine (BSIR).• Responsible for the new Automation project for the Post Tape and Reel BSIR machine in shopfloor system.• Design & create new specification for new/under development inspection machine with customer.• Liaise with vendors on process and equipment related to Post Tape and Reel process as well as performance improve.• Deploy statistical Design of Experiments (DOE) to characterize and establish optimized process windows for critical process.• Ensuring that proper visual aid for inspection guide are available for Production and QA.• Monitor and improve the control plan, FMEA and related documents for all products and the package development. Optimize the process window and working method.• Perform machine buy-off activity & report for newly or customer transferred equipment.• Liaise with customer on MPV Audit and audit closure. Perform audit time to time for process area.• Produce monitoring report and reports quality performance to section head in timely manner.• Monitor & improve engineering build cycle time performance.• Stop line or shipment authorization regards to quality issues that can impact customer products.• Successful lead, qualify and release face mask project station duringpandemic.

Experience:• Perform process audit for consistent quality of production and close loopclosure of SWAT audit finding and effective corrective actions / preventiveaction.• Responsible for shipment/delivery of all engineering builds to customer.• Support Process Engineers to carry out special builds (DOE) at certainoperation to ensure tasks being carry out within a short cycle time.• Schedule all engineering loadings accordingly & arrange resources forsupport during weekends.• Manage Process Technicians to meet customer build requirement as wellas cycle time.• Ensure all critical process control data is carry out to fulfill customerrequirement.

Experience:• Monitor telephone exchange with Technician to ensure all in the goodcondition and well function.• Assist Engineer and Technician to troubleshoot telephone exchange whencustomer feedback.• Assist Engineer on documentation and operational support.

Experince:• Monitor quality of wire harness part for automotive.• Assist Quality Engineer on documentation and project presentation slide.• Assist Technician on engineering drawing using AutoCAD.
