As a junior scrum master at Bumblebee AI, I had the opportunity to explore the tech roles in general, such as UX research and QA testing alongside understanding the content creation needs in such market.I was responsible for: -Leading daily stand-up meetings, reviews, demos, and other project-related meetings.-Supporting team members in organizing their tasks.-Conducting burn-down charts-Attend clients' meetings. -Working with the team on Scrum principles and best practices.-Facilitating open discussion and conflict resolution.-Proactively identify and resolve issues. -Updating activities in a project management tracking tool.

I was responsible for conducting the content calendar for all the company accounts on social media platforms.Covering events, coordinating the social media coverage across MENA and Europe with our team members around the region, and coordinating and aligning the execution process with all the team members; from the graphic designers to the programs’ managers.
