I usually initiate my work with Research, to Identify and explore the difficulties faced by the user and develop the necessary to tackle it, following a few methods like "Stakeholder Interviews, User Interviews, etc.,". It will make me understand the problems and solve it by representing it in a low fidelity mock-ups. Once it satisfies Stockholders or Users, I start working on the look and feel of the Application using my lovable S/Ws Photoshop & Illustrator. Later building the application, I test it before it goes out to the world with few users, overcoming these process we go for a Launch.

My Flow starts with analysis, probably take a lot of time! Understanding functionalities: What the business is about. Identify trends: What are user goals and how can these be supported. Create high-level documentation to guide the design. Discussion with stakeholders - Conceptual design documentation, Sketches and wire frames. FINALLY engage with users and follow established design processes and principles. To notice good and bad user experiences I am encountering every day.
