Followed in the footsteps of Toyota Taiwan, we developed a project plan and feasibility for the Toyota Pakistan auction. Conducted monthly/quarterly/annual business performance reviews at the dealer, region, and national levels in Pakistan, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) at the CEO, Chairman, and Toyota Asia Pacific (TMAP) levels. Created a cutting-edge Used Car Dealer Management System (UC-DMS) to digitize all processes and increase efficiency. Using Agile Methodology, we continued to develop the DMS based on dealer feedback and OEM requirements. Toyota Dealer Success Program (TDSP) (Retail Audit).
