At ANAS S.p.A, we work as quality assurance experts for the Qatari Public Works Authority (PWA) /Ashghal. We have been assigned to check the quality of production for all production facilities that supply the Qatari government's infrastructure projects.duties last two and half years where as follows: A-Site based:Conducting an Audit at the production facility1- meeting with the consultant/contractor representative.2- Explaining the scope of Audit and the areas which will be covered.3- taking a random sample of the production to check wether it meets QCS2014 requirements or not.4- conducting a closing meeting to discuss the findings and which are minor and which are major. And wether an ANCR or UO will be issued to the consultant/contractor.B- Office based:1- Preparation of the checklist and archiving all evidences.2- Preparation of UO (unacceptable observations).3- Sending the UOs to the management for approval, and following up old UOs to be sent for the consultant via the document controller.4- Reviewing CAPs( corrective action plans) sent by the consultant to correct the unacceptable observations. (Both corrective action and correction made) and replying to the consultant through the document controller with approval or disapproval for the CAPs sent (individually).5- Uploading the audit checklist with all details and evidences on a program designed to do assessments for the projects and with scoring system.6- updating audit checklist to comply with ACS2014 requirements and client(PWA) instructions.
