• Leading a team of Dispatchers who deploy Techs to sites across Australia for Optus/Telstra/Vodafone.• Network Management including identification of fault types, implementation of corrective actions and ensuring escalation procedures and protocols are adhered to.• Timely and efficient allocation of field staff & materials for network issues. • Organizing Keys & Site Access for VHA sites where needed. • Ensuring all administration tasks including database management and reporting are completed within the required timeframes• Receiving work requests from respective clients, preparing work orders and logging into CMMS.• Assign work to appropriate field resources determined by location, skills required, availability and criticality.• Monitor all works in progress and update data capture systems and applications.• Ensure clients are updated with timely progress in accordance with SLA’s and reporting requirements.• Oversee Occupational Health & Safety via tracking of field resources using GPS navigational tools.• Planning and scheduling of routine maintenance activities for deployed field resources.• Update client databases and/or ticketing systems as required.• Maintain network & systems security.

• Perform "field based" drive survey when requested by the Customer. Ensure the defined field measurement data and report is provided on time and the quality requirements of the specific project. • Directed by Customer's Project Manager/ and Or QLD Design & Optimisation engineer to specific geographical area/location to do field based drive survey • Travel to specific location and carryout drive survey, using agreed measurement system and recording method defined by Customer's QLD Design & Optimisation engineer. • Responsible for using and care-in use of agreed measurement system. • Responsible for delivering to Customer's survey template and any other associated Customer's project specific requirements on time and meeting Quality requirements of the Customer.

• Initial Tuning for network nodes from planning to optimization.• Planning IP pooling activities and monitoring activities within network.• Testing Packet session at nodes with their throughput with different scenarios (Pre Deployment and Post Deployment)• Monitoring node and network stats before and after activities• Nodes re-homing activities• Reporting results to the concerned team and drafting the actual plan
