Safety Officer
Current1.As a safety officer before the start of project I have to implement HSE plan, HIRA, work method statement and other documents as per client requirement 2.conduct daily training on which activity will be going and explain details about the risk and hazards to all the employees and Team.3.Before going to work location should assess and what the safety measures is required and then resume the work.4. To enthusiasm/ motivate to all the worker towards safety by doing safe motivation programmer's.5. To provided emergency evacuation drills and mock session with all teams members.6. As a safety officer to maintain a good and healthy coordination with both clients Team and our self organisation towards safety and what corrective and preventive measures should be taken.7. To record/ report or anyalisis all near miss, accident, incident and property damaged and through that through what consequences and implementation should require to prevent further such accident.8. To motivate all the worker to provide physically and mentally present at Site, To give quality works, PPE as work, safe working method should ensure, explain the HSE policy, Periodically health checkup.9.Proper inspection and Audit should be done where we are lagging in safety and take corrective action on that .
