> As Unit head I was responsible for the management of Credit Card System for largest bank of Pakistan.> Lead management for Call Center applications, collection system, mobile banking system, chip card personalization system, and other critical systems for my organization.> More than eight years of experience working on Credit Card Systems (CTL) and other consumer systems.> Project Technical Lead for the various critical projects including upgrade of CTL PRIME R4, active-active call center sites, Disaster recovery site for Credit cards and Oracle ERP Implementation.> Sound knowledge of AIX, Oracle and other IBM technologies.

> Develop / Customize software programs requested by the various departments > Maintain and support Credit Card Application and Authorization System > Migrated Visa and Amex Card Portfolios from old system to new system CTL.> Actively participated in launching of Visa Credit Card System> Provide training to the end users on the developed / implemented solutions and about credit card application.> Maintain and control operating systems, network systems and database systems.> Responsible for developing oracle database procedures, oracle views and etc. > Provide assistant in administration of backup and restore > Troubleshoot database issues.> Develop more than hundred reports for various departments especially for finance and reconciliation.
