• Serve as the project lead for the rehabilitation of Iraq South Gas facilities for Shell- BGC. • Supervise and train a piping team of ten engineers and designers. • Participate in the preparation of invitations to bid, scope of work, and bid clarifications.• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and manpower and cost estimations. • Prepare piping design bases. Review and approve completed designs prior to execution • Evaluate piping deliverables, including: plot plans, isometrics, piping material specs, stress analysis reports, support standard drawings, tie-in schedules, valve lists, MTOs, material requisitions, TBEs, etc. • Provide reports and regular updates to the Project Manager. • Coordinate meetings, model reviews, and constructability reviews with client and project teams. • Facilitate communication between the client, project management professionals, and the procurement team. • Provide technical support to the field construction team.; identify and resolve construction issues and concerns.
