As the CEO of QBS Co, I am responsible for driving the digital transformation and innovation strategy of the company, leveraging my extensive experience and credentials in SAP, Automation, Applications and Advisory. I have been in this role since January 2021, and I have successfully led and executed several organizational change projects with SAP ERP, lean six sigma, and technology solutions.Prior to initiating QBS Co, I was the Deputy General Manager - Information Systems and Business Excellence at International Textile Limited where I provided strategic guidance and technical support for the entity and its projects. I have also been a Faculty Member at the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi, since January 2016, teaching accounting and technology courses. My mission is to empower businesses and individuals with the skills and tools to optimize their performance and achieve their goals.
