I managed the company for 10 years and previously managed a 5 person customer service department for a book publisher. I have extensive experience selling to professionals such as attorneys, paralegals, corporate officers, general counsel and individuals.My philosophy is that the best way to sell a product or service is to provide the customer with a superior customer service experience both before and after the sale. I always endeavor to go above and beyond the customer's expectations.With this attitude, I have found that not only do I get repeat business but also referrals which lead to additional sales.
