As an entrepreneur, I owned and operated a We the People franchise and then spun off on my own as an independent document preparation service called the Document People; providing sales, customer service and document preparation services to attorneys, financial planners and individuals. I managed the company for 10 years and previously managed a 5 person customer service department for a book publisher. I have extensive experience selling to professionals such as attorneys, paralegals, corporate officers, general counsel and individuals.My philosophy is that the best way to sell a product or service is to provide the customer with a superior customer service experience both before and after the sale.
