Our gamification solution also provides analytics of users’ engagement including number of users, demographics, number of impressions and conversion rates.We got selected as Activation Partner of Marketing Mania (Gitex Future Stars 2020) for the fun experience we provide for the visitors.My Responsibilities: - Created a solution that increased visitor engagement at exhibitions and events by 30X- Made the data collection seamless and hassle-free.- Understanding the customer pain-points in marketing before meeting them by doing research on the brand, market and competitors. - Setting the objective of a solution that works best for the clients and their customers.- Translating customer requirement into technical features that can be developed.- Defining the features list, priorities, development. - Negotiating customer requirement to reach to certain standard feature which is workable both for technical team and business objectives and seamless experience for the users.- Coordinating with design, UX and engineering team during the development of projects. - Analyzing, QA testing and rectifying certain issues in terms of UX and development before sending it to customer for approval.
