Troubleshooting: Demonstrate expert-level problem-solving skills to identify root causes of complex mechanical issues with compressors and engines. Provide guidance to the crew inresolving challenging technical problems.5. Preventive Maintenance: Follow maintenance schedules and procedures to conduct routineinspections and preventive maintenance tasks on compressors and engines. Ensure that allmaintenance activities are carried out efficiently and in adherence to safety protocols.6. Site Allocations: Prepared to work at Occidental of Oman sites as the primary location.7. Maintain correct and up-to-dated records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory. Generate reports detailing completed tasks and any potential issues encountered during maintenance.8. Safety and Compliance: Prioritize safety at all times and adhere to occupational health andsafety regulations while performing maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.9. Team Collaborate effectively with the Supervisor and other team members to execute maintenance activities on-time. Assist in training and guiding Senior team members as and when necessary.

• Servicing Reciprocating Compressors and gas engine within Middle east region as well as assisting Hoerbiger Regional Offices of Middle east.• Compiling quotes and presenting customer with technical and commercial solution.• Liaising between the various Hoerbiger divisions to offer the customer a total solution and assisting with root cause analysis when there are failures.• Executing site installation and overhauls of INNIO Waukesha gas engines and various brands of reciprocating compressors and their associated auxiliary equipment.• Managing all troubleshooting, Commissioning, Startup, Major overhauling, testing tasks on various Waukesha gas engine series on Site & in Workshop.• Diagnose errors, technical problems and determine proper solutions to customer.• Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization to build positive relationships with clients and coworkers• List out ordering and reconditioning parts which required executing the repair work.• Produce timely and detailed service records/reports to ensure proper documentation of all related processes in Field Service Management.• Maintaining daily communications with customers /superior to ensure resolution and proper follow-up (work log sheets/time sheets and report to superior).• Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.• Participating /provide valuable inputs in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.• Plan, mobilize tools and equipments to process the repair timely.• Coordinate with engineering use company e-tools & OEM Portal, retrieve technical documents like bill of material and drawings wherever necessary.

• Packaging, FAT, Pre and commisioning, and start up LP, HP, and injection gas engine reciprocating compressors with Waukesha L 7044GSI engine couple with GE MH6 compressor.• Pre and commissioning Integral AJAX DPC 2804 LE compressor.• Top overhaul, General overhaul of ARIEL JGK 6.• Perform alignment of rotating equipment packages such as pumps, compressors and motor with dial gauge or laser alignment tools.• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on gas compressor equipment in a safe and cost effective manner to ensure the facilities are available to meet production targets.• Responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.• Responsible for commissioning, start up, top overhaul and major over haul of gas compressor package.• Disassembles, assembles, observes, repair, test, collect data and prepares reports on equipment on task related to maintenance.• Installs, removes, inspects and repair mechanical spare parts like crankshaft, camshaft, pistons, connecting rod, cross head shoe, cylinder head, divider block, lubricator pumps, bearings, seals on typical mechanical equipment.

• Involved on skid and machinery inspection and function test of gas engine reciprocating compressor, turbo expander compressor, regeneration compressor, re-flux pumps, hot oil system and diesel generator of LPG plant.• Perform function test on high risk equipment including fire water pump, high integrity pipe line protection system shut down valve .• Assisted Inspector on the line tracing and machine system functionality and resolve issues regarding machinery and system within the project team includes to ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.• Prepare and maintain relevant procedures, reports, records, and documents required for day to day operations as well as for special projects.• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel.• Responsible to installation, commissioning, startup, servicing and troubleshoot of rotary equipment ( compressor, pumps, generators and diesel engine ) and dry out process at LPG plant.• Oversee preparation of work instructions that provide direction to the Maintenance Department for corrective maintenance repairs, performance of preventive maintenance and the implementation of modifications. Meet with vendors and suppliers to discuss products used in repair work.• To updates and highlight to Operation Manager and Regional Manager on spare part critically and availability, troubleshoot, preventive and corrective maintenance.• To provide necessary training on operation and maintenance of the equipment to the client’s personnel.• Develop and deliver progress reports, up grading proposal and requirements documentation to Operational Manager.

Carry out engine wash for gas turbine, etc.
