Documentation• Prepare & update Engineering SOP • Carry out documentation work of preventive & breakdown maintenance, • Assist head of Engineering regarding various documents, different audit and different corresponds with suppliers & consultants.Procurement & Supplier Management• Communicating with both supplier & user (other department) about the procurement.• Create purchase requisition for local and foreign vendor.• Direct purchase through finance and patty cash from local market.• Creating necessary purchase related documents (i.e. PR, RFQ, and PO) for both import and domestic..
