As a field officer at Svatantra Microfin Pvt. Ltd., I manage multiple projects that provide financial inclusion and empowerment to rural women in India. With a BA in English from Veer Kunwar Singh University, Arrah, I have strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills that I apply in my role.I conduct field surveys, facilitate loan disbursement and repayment, and design and implement solutions for rural businesses, self-employed, and growing their business issues. I have contributed to the implementation of over 90+ rural businesses, 170+ self-employed women, and 100+ Growing Their Business, improving the quality of life and livelihood of hundreds of women and their families. I am passionate about social impact, innovation, and learning, and I aspire to grow and contribute to the microfinance sector.
