My passion is helping individuals overcome and archive personal growth as an addiction counselor. I love empowering people to find hope and build the life they want. My background includes working with adolescents and adults experiencing substance abuse and mental health crises. As a counselor, I am responsible for facilitating a group session where I teach relapse prevention skills, healthy relationships, and communication skills. Additionally, I can manage a caseload of up to fifty clients. I am responsible for tracking their group attendance and conducting individual/group counseling sessions. One of my aspirations is to have a profession that would allow me to dedicate my life to helping others. The experiences I’ve gained throughout my life have shaped my decision to be in this field.
