Installation and Configure of Base Transceiver Station (BTS).• Testing of VSAT Sites using various instruments such as, BERT (ACTERNA), Fixed & Adjustable Attenuators, Spectrum Analyzer (ROHDE & SCHWARS FS300)• Installation and Configuration of MEMOTEC and SEVIS (Bandwidth optimizer)• Troubleshoot network issues and provide resolutions to ensure better customer services• Liaising with different vendors and satellite providers for site integration and restoration• End to End verification before delivering any site• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the company.

• Provide 24/7 support for C-Band and Ku-Band GSM Backhaul network• Migration of VSAT sites from 2G to 3G• Installation, Configure and Testing of various Satellite Modems• Site survey and Installation of VSAT Remote Stations• Fault localization using hardware/Software loop backs & analysis.• Providing technical guidance support for network troubleshooting to NOC• Maintain 99.97% performance of the network and provide reports to Senior Management• Installation and Testing of redundant system for remote sites and hub (1:1 and 1:N)• Identify the issues related to transmission media and rectify with less network outage time• Handling customer escalation procedure.
