Conduct funnel analysis to get insight on decreasing user's conversion rate factor based on event/stage progression with essential metrics (abandonment rate, add to cart rate, cancelation rate, event per session, duration per session, duration per event, etc.)4. Create an interactive strategic dashboard for C-level management for overall business performance evaluation consist of common ecommerce sale metrics scorecard (Total sales, total user, total order, AOV, order per user, etc.) and sales trendline

1. Lead a team of 8 (separated into 2 subdivisions) focusing on soap production with specified quantity and quality2. Monitor and maintain production parameter (such as temperature, pressure, mass flow, etc), equipment and piping condition, and working environment (including 5R activity)3. Make a daily report consist of raw material usage, production & breakdown time, product quantity & quality data, and operator activity with an average OEE scoring range (Availability, Performance Rate, Quality Rate) between 80 to 85%4.
