The Educational Program Committee (EPC) is a standing committee established to fulfil the mandate of advising Senate on all matters related to undergraduate educational programs and policies of Thompson Rivers University. I was a voting member on the Educational program Committee (EPC) of Senate for six months. Worked closely with the executives, Deans, Directors, and other TRU constituents, attended and participated in the professional meetings, executed the plans and evaluated the courses.

Led and initiated The Craft Club demonstrating excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the primary objective of fund raising for the development of the community at the local level. Highly experienced in event promotion techniques, project design and management strategies using social media for fund raising events, resulting in increased profits and productivity of the club.The best moment of this journey was to show case my students work in front of Prince Ali Mohammad, princess Sara and prince Ilyan.

Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya: Successfully engaged students in tutorials with effective communication skills for their better academic performances and organised several tutorial sessions for different courses. Also, advised and coached students on academic, career and personal issues. Ethnographic Study (Research Paper): I began my field research by preparing questionnaire. Interviewed few community members to explore how they live, the activities they perform, the work they do to serve their family and so on. It was a great experience for me.
