Supervision of incinerator unit operations in compliance with all regulations, permits and procedures along with Glycol recycling unit and spent caustic recycling unit.

- Responsible for two incinerator plants operation and making sure the process runs smoothly (daily reports required).- Operate the incinerator plant safely and efficiently during the shift and within the limits of the operating permit.- Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.- Improving the work environment and operations of your department and the organization as a whole.

- Receive emergency calls during emergencies and report to shift supervisor.- Control of tank farm operations for transferring waste to incinerator.- Operate the kiln efficiently and make sure that slag formation is minimum.

- Field inspection of incinerator ash to assure complete incineration of wastes.- Control of manual valves in the field when required.- Report process and mechanical problems to the shift supervisor.- Control of control valves, pumps and other instruments through PLC system.
