Subject: Design and development of an automated system for controlling and monitoring a winding machine (excellent degree).During my university studies, I completed an outstanding final year project, receiving an excellent distinction, in which I successfully designed and developed an automated system for the control and monitoring of a winding machine. The project involved upgrading the control system from Automate S300 to S1200 using the Tia portal.• In-depth analysis of production operations to be automated, including batching, measuring, level control, and tool movement.• Design of the automation system, including robot modeling, programming, networking, and seamless integration into the manufacturing process.• Implementation and programming of the computer software needed to monitor and control operations.• Take measurements to ensure precise and accurate control of the winding machine.• Provide ongoing maintenance and remote support for the installed automated system.• Respond quickly and coordinate teams in the event of a breakdown or technical problem.This project enabled me to demonstrate my skills in automation design, programming, and networking.
