As a Transitional Orthopedic Surgery Fellow physician at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, I am passionate about improving the quality of life and outcomes of patients. With a MD degree and a bachelor's degree in neuroscience, I have a particularly strong foundation in the anatomy, physiology, and pathology of the spine and the nervous system. I also have multiple publications in prestigious journals, such as Spine, Operative Neurosurgery, and International Journal of Spine Surgery, where I have contributed to the development of novel models, methods, and insights in spine surgery. Additionally, I serve as an associate reviewer at The Spine Journal, where I help to evaluate and disseminate the latest research in the field. Furthermore, I was a board member at LugTrack, a company that develops and markets innovative tracking devices for luggage and other valuables. Through this role, I have gained valuable experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation. I am always eager to learn new skills, collaborate with diverse teams, and apply my expertise to challenging and meaningful projects. My goal is to become a leading spine surgeon and researcher who can advance the knowledge and practice of spine care.
